One Life One Heart (OLOH) International supports sexual abuse victims (ages five and up) on their path to healing and empowerment. Our community-based, victim-centered, music-based, and interaction-enriched programs, offered primarily through local churches, help participants overcome emotional struggles and rebuild self-respect and confidence step by step. These free programs are open to all and focus on serving the underserved. OLOH also educates victims’ families, loved ones, and the public on sexual abuse-related issues.
Our programs are categorized into two main areas. Recommended programs (*) and additional options based on community interest are detailed in the OLOH Program Guide (2024) and Volunteer Training Guide (2024), available on the Resources page.
