One Life One Heart (OLOH) supports sexual abuse victims (ages five and up) on their path to healing and empowerment. Our community-based, victim-centered, music-based, and interaction-enriched programs, offered primarily through local churches, help participants overcome emotional struggles and rebuild self-respect and confidence at their pace. These free programs are open to all and focus on serving the underserved.

Our programs are categorized into two main areas: Healing and Empowerment. For now, please refer to the third editions (2024) of them, available on the Resources page. In our upcoming fourth editions of the OLOH Program Guide and Volunteer Training Guide, Healing will offer two sessions and Empowerment will offer five sessions as below, which are all conversational.

Programs and Sessions:

    • HEALING
      • Walk Through the Past
      • Resilient Pathways (faith-based)
    • EMPOWERMENT
      • Passion Chasers
      • Community Conversations
      • Observation Visits
      • Community Pathways
      • TogetherForward

In addition, OLOH provides education for the general public through presentations, booklets, campaigns, and programs in churches, schools, libraries, and other public venues.
