One Life One Heart (OLOH) supports sexual abuse victims (ages five and up) on their path to healing and empowerment. Our community-based, volunteer-led program, offered through public venues such as churches and libraries, supports participants in overcoming emotional struggles and rebuilding self-respect and confidence at their pace. The program is open to all regardless of race, ethnicity, or religion.
OLOH Program consists of Initial Visit, Healing and Empowerment, and Reflection & Journaling (optional). In our fourth editions of the OLOH Program Guide and Volunteer Training Guide, available in summer 2026, Healing will offer two sessions and Empowerment will offer three sessions as below. All OLOH sessions with guided topics and gateway prompts are stand-alone, participant-led, and primarily conversational.

In addition, OLOH provides education for the general public through presentations, booklets, campaigns, and programs in churches, schools, libraries, and other public venues.
